The Return Flight Experience
Return Flight offers holistic development in your first year of returning to the workforce.
The first step is applying for one of these Return Flight roles in either Engineering, IT, HR, Finance, or Supply Chain. Our roles offer flexible work options, as well as skills-based hiring methods.
The first few weeks of Return Flight is focused on development. This includes an onboarding and program orientation, foundational upskilling, functional training, personal awareness, career planning, and professional and leadership skills development.
Throughout your first year you will receive capstone development that will prepare you to take control of your career after the program. This will include continued training, networking events, mentorship and development check-ins.
Once Return Flight is successfully completed, you will have the confidence to keep growing your career at Boeing.
