Boeing Company Operations Ltd. is looking for a Senior Learning Business Partner, who will have responsibility for partnering with our Canada/Latin America region as well as our Corporate Functions.
This role requires excellent communication, integration, collaboration, adaptability and project management skills. This individual will act as a consultant, advisor and project manager on leadership, learning, training and development across the Canada/Latin America region as well as supporting our Corporate Functions which includes: Government Operations, Communications, Finance & Legal. They will need to support various global locations and modality integration, always tying back into business impact. Lastly, they are solution and deliverable driven while managing complex and high-touch business needs.
Position Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and design end-to-end learning experiences that meet business objectives for the Canada/Latin America region and Corporate Functions.
• Strategically partner with and align to other functions, Business Units, and service lines within Canada, Latin America, and the surrounding regions.
• Analyze and address business gaps and needs that target performance improvement, including applying rapid business needs analysis.
• Manage intake in conjunction with Leadership and Development offerings and solutions, such as learning solutions (i.e., WBT, ILT, micro-learning), Business Challenges, Global Learning programs, Rotation Programs, Leadership Central, and Coaching.
• Demonstrate business acumen and awareness of the current and future business climate, including knowledge of the wider company learning infrastructure and our global learning strategy.
• Leverage the ability to shape the environment and facilitate strategic dialogue around learning and development.
• Identify innovative learning solutions to minimize the need for external vendors.
• Act as a solution thinker, applying learner-centric design principles.
• Self-manage risk and mitigations while adapting communication to stakeholder needs.
• Facilitate development programs as needed, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives.
• Other special projects as assigned
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years of experience with Learning & Development in some form, including (but not limited to) facilitation, teaching, course development, employee development, structured coaching / mentoring
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
• Communicating and interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years of related work experience partnering with businesses/functions in a Learning support capacity
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience influencing others in a formal and/or informal leadership role
• Experience with Functions and in a global capacity
• Project Management experience
• Portuguese language preferred

Additional Information:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
