Object-Based Intelligence Program Manager
Why This is an Exciting Role:
As a Program Manager at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible for leading development of the program architecture and top-level plans for a program. Develops program organizational, work structures, top level program and execution plans. Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers. Facilitates the resolution of program issues and integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices. Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.
The key responsibilities of this role you will have:
- Lead a team focused on providing Object Based Intelligence (OBI) expertise and support to the customer.
- Engage with the customer and team to develop detailed project plans, guidance, and oversee their implementation.
- Coordinate, track and report the status of ongoing projects and contract deliverables to the customer and leadership.
- Develop and manage project staffing plans and budgets to meet customer requirements.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- 18 Years of experience in Program Management roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain CI Polygraph
- The ability to obtain a PMP or PgMP certification within 6 months of starting the position.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
- Ability to effectively engage and work with senior USG leaders to ensure proper coordination and delivery of contract deliverables.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Defense All-Source Analysis Enterprise structure.
- Senior-level experience in supporting All Source Analysis in Defense or Intelligence communities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current in-scope Polygraph
- Active PMP or PgMP certification.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) impacting all-source intelligence analysis.
- Experience utilizing intelligence production expertise for data and knowledge integration.
- Familiarity with Object Based Production concepts.
- Skilled in implementing data governance models for Object Based Production.
- Demonstrated understanding of Joint Doctrine in relation to warfighter support.
- Experience coordinating, drafting, and publishing organizational, Agency, or DoD policy.
Telework/Remote Availability: Limited Telework/Remote work is authorized.
Work Location(s): Washington, DC or Reston, VA.
Summary Pay Range:
Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
$165,000 - $206,000
