Boeing Poland is currently looking for an Experienced Manufacturing Planner for the Production Engineering Team to support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in Warsaw or Rzeszow, Poland.
The role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical problem-solving, and daily support. The engineer will work with Manufacturing Engineers and Planners on Production Engineering for assemblies in commercial airplane programs.
Responsibilities:
Planning and overseeing the production process based on technical requirements and available materials, considering schedules
Selecting materials and production technologies that meet technical requirements
Maintaining technical documentation for assigned projects
Identifying requirements for tooling and processing orders based on production and design specifications
Collecting and analyzing data to assess the quality of the production process for individual parts or products
Collaborating with other engineering teams to conduct the production process
Actively participating in reviews – presenting and reviewing work results
Resolving ongoing production-related issues
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering documentation - engineering drawings and specifications
Good knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and international standards
Experience with CAD systems
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with PDM/PLM systems and CATIA system
Knowledge of sealants, coatings, and material finishes
Knowledge of materials science
