Boeing Global Services (BGS) C-17 United States Air Force (USAF) Sustainment Program is looking for a talented Senior Program Management Specialist to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. This role includes development and program execution across various product support elements and new business proposals supporting the USAF customer.

Position Responsibilities:
- Leads cross functional KPI team for the Globemaster PBL contract (proposal, negotiation and execution integration) and includes management of incentivized and non-incentivized metrics
- Ensures cross-functional PBL services are integrated/aligned and driving outcomes needed
- Leads projects and provides oversight of performance management metrics & reporting) for a portfolio of complex projects to support C-17 organizational goals and objectives
- Leads proposal, technical and cost volume development and project execution by identifying activities, resources, and tasks required to complete the work statement
- Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans
- Lead assessments and collaborative resolution of complex cross-functional issues amongst multiple diverse stakeholders
- Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high-quality products and services on-time
- Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
- Interface, communicate and develop a relationship with our USAF customer
- Integrates with cross functional teams, suppliers, and customers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience developing and supporting project plans through the full project life cycle
- 3+ years of experience in post-production systems with emphasis in military aircraft sustainment, repairs, and modification programs
- 3+ years of experience managing programs
- Experience interfacing with, motivating and holding accountable cross-functional project teams and customers
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
- Experience in a role that required business acumen and proven ability to deal with ambiguity
- Experience in sustainment of USAF aircraft
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience
- Earned Value Management experience
- Experience with U.S. Government proposals and acquisitions
- Experience working with and/or managing contractors, subcontractors or suppliers

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
