Boeing Global Services is looking for that special someone to join the C-17 Fleet Support Center, which is a customer central data, information and resource hub for real time fleet monitoring in Warner Robins, GA.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads development, analysis, collection, storing, and reviewing of system support technical data elements and specification and make recommendations.
Leads providing recommendations on product supportability and establish operation maintenance tasks, resources, and support systems to achieve supportability requirements for all equipment subsystems and multiple platforms. Identifies, analyzes, and reviews logistics support candidates from product definition and develops logistics support analysis records and reports.
Reviews and leads evaluation of aircraft and/or fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability and provides recommendations for single or multiple airline customers, single or multiple aircraft model and system specialties.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the Warner Robins, GA facility
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Analyzing customer maintenance data, aircraft parametric data and supply data to identify fleet trends
Maintaining contact with all bases and enroutes for latest status
Leveraging data science skillset to generate informative data visualizations
Facilitate forum for stakeholders to collaborate and address customer issues

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience developing and implementing macros using VBA to automate tasks
Experience with Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
Experience with C-17
Experience with FMXC2/G081
Experience with various cost estimation methodologies, including parametric, analogy, and bottom-up estimating
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary Pay Range: 98,600 – 133,400
