The Opportunity

Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join the MQ‑28 Ghost Bat Production team in Wacol, QLD.

We expect this role to commence November 2026.

What you'll get to do:

This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the receiving, receipting, storing and kitting of stock to support production;
Ensure safety and compliance is maintained, recording and reporting all incidents;
Co-ordinate daily warehouse operations including start-up, resource planning and execution of work plans;
Maintain inventory accuracy through stock management, inspections and system updates;
Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, safety and operational performance;
Support the onboarding and training of new team members;
Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment;
Help develop and maintain warehouse procedures and standards;
Foster a positive team culture and assist with performance management.

Who we're looking for:

Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision;
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Intermediate computer proficiency, experience in inventory management systems and comfortable learning new systems;
A positive attitude and willingness to continuously improve the way things are done.

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
