Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is currently seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist – Division Support (Level 4) to join the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) team in Tukwila, WA.
The role will support the Vice President, Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) and additional Executive leaders within the division. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, agile organization.
This role will directly support the MS&B VP/GM and division Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and integrate aspects of the leadership team's Operating Rhythm, with strong partnership with the Chief of Staff, in clear communication with all key stakeholders including functional support leaders. To be successful in this position, the selected candidate must have an agile mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a positive and flexible attitude. Position Responsibilities:
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple calendars
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and challenges
- Coordinate complex scheduling, calendar management logistics for senior executives, including coordination with Executive Council (EXCO) members
- Actively develops and establishes lead time requirements for meeting preparations
- Leads and manage special projects and facilities requirements
- Partner closely with Executive Assistants and other Executive Office Administrators across the division and BDS
- Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
- Create, edit and maintain electronic and written communication
- Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
- Set up conference room Virtual Tele-Conferencing (VTC) and presentation equipment for all Senior Executive Meetings
- Develop, maintain, and/or update materials in Microsoft Office for related platforms like Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitor designated business traveler's logistics, including oversight of all passport and visa applications
- Collect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature; generate expense reports, assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verify payments to corporate credit cards
- Track and maintain wide variety of information for management and communication of department and business operations
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Coordinate with appropriate focals to support acquisition and/or onboarding of resources.
- Plan and implement logistics for senior executive level internal and external events
- Work under minimal supervision and provide guidance to less experienced employees
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience collaborating across multiple functions and teams
- 5+ years of experience interpreting data from a variety of sources, including engineering, supply chain, customer and industry data
- Experience with Concur or a similar travel and expense management program

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for $115,600 - $156,400
