Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Management Specialist to join our KC-46 Support and Training Program team in Tukwila or Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; or Oklahoma City, OK.
The Senior Program Manager will lead the KC-46 Organic Sustainment Support (KOSS) contract and be responsible for all acquisition and execution elements of the program. The KOSS contract provides critical field support through Field Operations, Engineering reach back and analysis, software maintenance and implementation, and other over and above support.
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the healthy functioning of the business in terms of execution and financial performance, building key customer and supplier relationships, and developing strategies and product offerings to maintain and grow long-term KC-46 Support.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with government and other customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
- Lead the development of program strategies, product offerings, and proposals
- Ensure adherence to contract performance metrics and statement of work
- Lead time sensitive material support processes and actions
- Identify and manage program risks, issues and opportunities
- Support various other special projects as required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years’ experience with Program Management or Project Management Best Practices
- 10+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal or informal role
- 10+ years’ experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- 5+ years’ experience with Government or Military acquisition and proposal development processes
- 5+ years’ experience working with engineering, field service, and supply chain
- Knowledge of U.S. Air Force or government aviation maintenance practices
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience with U.S. Government acquisition process and execution of government military contracts
- Experience with the KC-46A Pegasus or other U.S. Government military aircraft.
- Experience with Boeing’s Contracts and Finance Management systems, processes and tools
- Ability to show critical thinking and perform analytics on a broad set of program execution datasets (cost, schedule, performance, quality, risk mitigation, etc).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $146,200 – $227,700
