The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Systems and Analytics (FS&A) Analyst to join the team in Tukwila, WA.
This position will collaborate on enterprise level information requirements, drive architecture and governance for finance data and systems, lead system change and integration efforts and deliver operational readiness and end user enablement. The role requires strong business insight, technical acumen, and proven ability to lead cross-functional changes across large, complex programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead determination of business information requirements at a commercial level
Translate stakeholder needs into a cohesive business information architecture and actionable implementation roadmap
Design and implement business architecture based on information requirements
Update/monitor data and associated policies
Perform quality control actions, maintain data hierarchies and documentation, and ensure data integrity via timely reconciliation and validation frameworks
Support and govern Business Unit Cost and Rate Management System (CaRMS) instances, ensuring system stability to run the business
Validate CaRMS outputs against source systems, conduct reconciliation processes, and implement controls to ensure fidelity of cost management and forecasting inputs/outputs
Lead enterprise system changes and integration efforts, including solution design alignment, interface mapping, and cross-system dependency management
Lead development and execution of system readiness testing (unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance) and administer/monitor systems post-implementation for performance, control, and operability
Collaborate with cross functional partners on production issue analysis and remediation, including root-cause determination, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement to prevent recurrence
Lead delivery of end-user support: immediate troubleshooting, proactive system/data guidance, issue triage, and design/delivery of training and knowledge articles
Lead project planning and execution: define scope, schedule, risk/opportunity analysis, resource coordination, and delivery tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives
Coordinate change activities, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure all solutions meet business, control, and compliance requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Experience in finance systems, analytics, or financial analysis roles, including enterprise-level system change and data governance responsibilities
Experience conveying complex technical and business concepts to varied audiences
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years (or equivalent senior-level experience) supporting enterprise finance systems, data analytics, and cross-functional program delivery
Experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related field
Experience designing business information architectures, developing data linkages, and governing enterprise reporting
Experience with CaRMS or similar cost/forecast/rate systems, data validation frameworks, reconciliation processes, automated testing tools, financial reporting systems (ERP, data warehouse, BI tools), and post implementation monitoring
Experience with finance compliance requirements (SOX, internal audit) and change control/release management practices

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $118,150 – $159,850
