Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, Washington and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Review part and demand details to recognize patterns and improve team performance. Develop recovery plans for late piece parts. Track critical shortages and quality issues. Good visual communication skills through PowerPoint and Tableau. Critical thinking skills to allow quick prioritization and triage of urgent issues.

Position Responsibilities:

• Measures key performance indicators
• Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources
• Prepares reports
• Reviews procurement/planning systems
• Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
• Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
• Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.
• Communicates project objectives and activities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• More than 1 year of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
• More than 1 year of experience in a role that required articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audience including senior management
• More than 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Tukwila, Washington - $68,000 - $84,000

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - $59,500 - $73,500
