To support our operations team in Swidnik (near Lublin), we are looking for a

Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Your core tasks will include:

• Incoming goods inspection and booking, including document processing.

• Storing and removing goods from storage.

• Picking fasteners, small components, and various chemicals and hazardous goods for use in the aerospace industry.

• Consolidating goods and packaging according to the individual requirements of each customer.

• Packaging in accordance with IATA and ICAO regulations.

• Conducting regular inventories and measures to ensure compliance with all quality standards.

• Assist in the kit building process to meet customer QA specifications; help manage buffer stock based on customer kit forecasts.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• You have at least two years of experience in a comparable position in the field of warehousing/logistics.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• You have successfully completed your "Liceum profilowane", "Technikum" or similar form of education.

• You are familiar with standard software and common merchandise management systems (experience with SAP is a plus).

• A forklift license and knowledge of IATA and ICAO are desirable.

• We welcome general knowledge of written English.

Work Authorization:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Poland.
