At Boeing Global Services (BGS) we are seeking an experienced Customer Training Systems Integration Specialist to lead management and implementation of our courseware library architecture, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and driving continuous improvement in training effectiveness. Additionally, they will assist in the identification and analysis of customer technical training requirements, the designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs that align with customer needs and organizational objectives
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the at St. Louis, MO or other designated locations.
Position Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of LCMS and Courseware Library architecture.
Manage courseware libraries with a focus on content organization, metadata tagging, user access control, and delivery platform integration.
Develop and recommend training standards, specifications, and best practices to enhance program quality.
Apply established process methodologies such as ADDIE, Lean, and Quality Assurance to ensure efficient and effective training development and delivery.
Define training objectives, design instructional content, and select appropriate delivery technologies.
Utilize specialized software to develop, modify, and maintain complex multimedia training materials.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to integrate training programs with product lifecycle stages.
Ensure adherence to government, corporate, and regulatory policies related to proposal development and training program management.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 + years’ experience with architecture and management of courseware libraries, including content management, metadata tagging, user access, and course delivery platforms
Experience working with ADDIE and/or other Learning Models
Experience developing and delivery learning solutions for complex aerospace processes and procedures
7+ years’ experience working with government, corporate, and regulatory policies related to proposal development and training program management
5+ years’ experience working on military aerospace products and using engineering/technical data

Knowledgeable in integrated systems, proposal development, and managing training programs across product lifecycles.
Advocates for safety and quality standards in all training environments.
Typical Education/Experience:
Expert (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range (Depending on the location): 77,350 – 139,150
