Gestionnaire Administration des Ventes (Customer Support Specialist)
Vos responsabilités chez Boeing:
Vous etes responsable de la gestion des commandes et des activités après-vente liées aux consommables destinés à l'industrie aérospatiale.
Vous gérez une clientèle locale et internationale, de la réception des commandes au paiement, et veillerez à la bonne exécution des services convenus.
Vous êtes responsable du traitement et de la gestion des commandes, y compris du suivi régulier des délais, en coordination quotidienne avec le service des Opérations afin de garantir des livraisons dans les délais,
Vous communiquez régulièrement avec vos clients au sujet du statut de leurs commandes et coordonnez les éventuelles modifications,
Vous réalisez le suivi des retours et le traitement des réclamations.
Qualifications de base (compétences et expérience requises):
Une formation de niveau BAC+2 minimum.
Au moins deux ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du service à la clientèle et/ou dans le secteur de la vente en gros.
Bonnes connaissances pratiques de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
Qualifications recommandées (compétences/expérience souhaitées):
Idéalement, vous avez une expérience préalable dans l'industrie aérospatiale.
Une première expérience avec SAP (idéalement SAP HANA) ou d'autres systèmes ERP serait souhaitable
Maîtrise du pack MS Office, en particulier Excel
Grâce à votre approche axée sur le client, vous appréciez travailler quotidiennement avec des parties prenantes externes et des clients.

To strengthen our team at our Senlis site, we are looking for a
Customer Support Specialist
Your responsibilities at Boeing:
You will be responsible for the administration of order resolution and after-sales activities of consumables for the aerospace industry.
You will manage a local & international client base, from order receipt to payment, and ensure the proper execution of agreed services.
You will be responsible for processing and managing orders, including regularly monitoring deadlines & daily coordination with the Operations department to ensure on-time deliveries.
You will communicate regularly with your customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes.
You will track returns and handle complaints.
Basic qualifications (required skills and experience):
A minimum of two years in higher education.
At least two years of professional experience in customer service and/or the wholesale sector.
Good practical knowledge of spoken and written English
Preferred qualifications (desired skills/experience):
Ideally you have prior experience in the aerospace industry
Initial experience with SAP (ideally SAP HANA) or other ERP systems would be desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Through your customer focused mindset, you enjoy working with external stakeholders and customers daily.
Work Authorization:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in France. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in France.
