The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Technology Governance Manager to join the team in Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; or North Charleston, SC.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Information Technology (IT) Manager to lead our Technology Governance workstream within the Technology, Governance and Optimization (TG&O) team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and onboarding entities into our centralized visibility system and lead governance activities through asset oversight processes. The successful candidate will lead and build a dedicated team of onboarding and tooling specialists, overseeing the integration of source systems, ingestion of asset data, maintenance of data quality, and continuous monitoring of IT service health. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a keen understanding of risk management principles. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leading a team to maintain an accurate and comprehensive view of our IT ecosystem, which will allow proper identification of risks and support data-driven decision-making.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day management of oversight governance framework for IT processes and tools
Engage with oversight governance system to manage data updates
Collaborate with entity points of contact to facilitate and manage expectations for onboarding into the platform
Partner with the Operational Technology (OT) workstream manager on standardizing the oversight governance framework and activities between teams
Enable new tooling capabilities to enhance the oversight function
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience in an IT leadership role with exposure to IT Governance, IT Operations, IT Service Management, and/or IT audit
5+ years of experience creating and analyzing data to identify data trends and communicate a story to depict findings
5+ years of experience leading a team or a project
Experience with IT asset management and configuration management databases (CMDB)
Experience communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, a related field, or relevant experience
Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
Experience as a formal lead and/or manager
Experience working with a global team
Experience with IT audit processes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $123,250 – $178,250
