The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Staff Analyst to join our team in Seattle, WA. This analyst will be helping organize, integrate and run the business for the BT&E Safety and the BT&E Chief Engineer organizational functions.
We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to manger tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
Partner with organization leaders to align activities with long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives
Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues; identify and recommend implementation strategies
Provide continuous assessment of overall meetings and review architecture to ensure effectiveness
Analyze and summarize data related to organizational direction, including budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs
Develop executive-level briefings to communicate strategic insights and recommendations
Lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings and events
Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets; monitor and track execution and communicate status
Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements
Lead the development and deployment of training content
Collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners, and customers to deploy broad organizational training
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management
5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
5+ years of experience leading teams in formal and/or informal role
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data
3+ years of experience in a role which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working in Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Quality
5+ years of experience as a Staff Analyst
Experience in finance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $100,300 – $135,700
