Boeing’s Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our Projects Assets Construction & Engineering (PACE).
This exciting opportunity is available at the following Boeing sites: Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC or Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent projects with moderate to high complexity and risk, involving various business areas and stakeholders
Oversee, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and programs
Consult on integrated planning, scheduling, change management, and baseline management processes to align with industry best practices
Collaborate daily with engineering, analysts, and cross-functional teams to develop program plans and schedules, ensuring smooth delivery of business solutions
Demonstrate expert project management skills, including communication, project planning, risk management, and capacity planning
Educate teams on project management best practices and secure buy-in
Maintain executive-level relationships to drive initiatives in a loosely defined system
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring effective communication
Up to 10% domestic travel
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in project management
Experience with Information Technology Program or Project Management
Experience analyzing data, risk, strategies, industry standards, and business partner needs to determine the best course of action for company with regards to supplier contracts
Experience with performing analysis utilizing various structured and structured data sources using tools like python and/or R Studio
Experience in both classic waterfall and Agile SW development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar
Experience with agile practices like Scrum and Kanban
Experience establishing new development teams
Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitLab
Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
Experience delivering executive briefings and presentations
Experience with Project Web App (PWA)
Experience in facilities or real estate

Summary Pay Range: $118,150 - $171,350
