Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Program Management Specialist to lead the strategy and development of individual parts offerings for our commercial customers. This role will evaluate parts opportunities, define the offering strategy, perform detailed analysis to develop the offering, and lead negotiations for final contract signature.
A successful candidate will work closely with functional partners including sales, contracts, finance/pricing, demand planning, and program management. They will have strong data analysis skills, ability to lead through influence, and will be skilled at presenting to senior leadership both internally and externally.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyzes Boeing data, sales trends, and existing contracts to proactively identify opportunities to sell customers parts packages tailored to their needs.
Builds strategic Material Parts Package offerings to Boeing customers.
Uses analytical prowess to create strategic solutions and terms and conditions required to win package deals (price discounts, rebate structures, etc.).
Creates necessary documents to secure leadership and stakeholder approval as required.
Heavily engages with BGS Sales team and Customers to drive successful offerings and helps guide the development of a data informed negotiation strategy.
Continually strives for improvement in the speed of which offers are designed.
Designs necessary tools and helps to shape all enabling processes.
Continually collaborates with other BGS teams in efforts to strategically bundle Boeing aftermarket commercial offerings.
Develop and communicate tactical sales plans to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
3+ years of experience in leading projects in a cross-functional environment
3+ years of experience collaborating across functions and organizations
Financial Acumen with experience understanding and applying financial metrics to assess the viability of business cases
Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
Ability to think creatively with a solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Direct experience with the Commercial Parts business within the Aerospace Industry
Experience with Airline Operations and Supply Chain
3+ years working in a customer-facing role working with external (i.e. non-Boeing) stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, or government representatives
5+ years sales and account planning experience
5+ years of contract negotiation experience
Strong understanding of statistical concepts
Experience influencing customers and shaping requirements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $161,500 - $218,500/Annually
