The Boeing Company’s Finance and Enterprise Services’ Human Resources (HR) team is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Financial Analysis Center of Expertise (FA COE).
This role involves partnering closely with the Vice President of the COE and its’ senior leaders, leading talent planning initiatives, and driving employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs, experience in key HR processes, and the ability to make informed decisions using data. This full-time, on-site position is available to candidates in Seattle, WA, Arlington, VA, Berkeley, MO or Mesa, AZ. Position Responsibilities:
Be a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders in the FA COE
Lead thoughtful planning regarding talent planning initiatives, workforce planning and leadership development
Drive culture, engagement, and employee experience strategies
Bring good judgment and courage to decisions, helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity
Collaborate with the broader Corporate HR team to drive alignment and leverage perspectives
Embrace an “always learning” mindset to evolve as the business evolves
Use metrics and data to drive informed decision-making

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
5+ years of experience creating and developing HR strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
5+ years in supporting employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Human Resources certification(s)
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in crafting executive-level presentations with PowerPoint and utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and effective communication of insights
Experience with project management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $111,350 - $161,000
