Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Product Support Supply Chain Manager (Level K) who manages employees performing supply chain activities within Product Support for our Seattle, WA location.
This is an important high visibility & expectations role that develops and executes projects and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees and purchase services while performing technical or specialist activities within BGS Supply Chain as a Business System Manager for Business Sustainment
Manages multiple business systems, budgets, and capability requests
Develops and executes project plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals
Acquires resources as funded, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements and innovation with the team
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
Advises on high profile proposals and/or capability needs for complex tasks with mitigation and/or critical path planning and projects
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning?
5+ years of experience creatively solving problems and generating alternatives
5+ years of experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power Point
5+ years of senior level communication including presentation development and report outs
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Service Parts Management (SPM)
Experience with CPFR
Experience with supply chain/execution systems (process or tools) to ensure meeting customer requirements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $119,000.00 – $161,000.00
