Boeing Global Services is seeking a bold and visionary Product Marketing Leader to join our team in Seattle, WA, and to define how we communicate, position, and promote our Cabin, Modifications & Maintenance (CMM) portfolio. This role is designed for a strategic architect—someone who can build a marketing communications function from the ground up, translating complex product offerings into compelling narratives that resonate with customers and drive business growth.

Position Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Build and lead a comprehensive MARCOM strategy for the Cabin, Modifications & Maintenance portfolio that aligns with business objectives and drives market differentiation.
- Audience & Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and audience segmentation to inform messaging, channel strategy, and campaign design.
- Compelling Storytelling: Develop persuasive, customer-centric messaging and content that elevates Boeing’s value proposition and empowers sales teams.
- Integrated Campaign Leadership: Orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches that deliver measurable impact across digital, experiential, and traditional platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI to continuously refine marketing tactics and improve outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and execution across all touchpoints.
- Industry Presence & Advocacy: Represent Boeing at trade shows, conferences, and customer events—serving as a strategic voice and thought leader in the aerospace aftermarket space.
- Innovation & Growth Enablement: Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing innovations to bring fresh ideas, tools, and technologies into the MARCOM ecosystem.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, ideally within aerospace, technology, or B2B environments
- Experience in developing and executing MARCOM strategies
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations to inform decision-making
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and campaign analytics to support data-driven marketing execution
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $150,450 - $203,550
