The Boeing Company’s Total Rewards Delivery organization is seeking a dedicated Manager of Financial Benefits Data Governance to join our team in Mesa, AZ, Berkeley, MO or Seattle, WA.
This role is focused on the operational management and administration of data transactions and security access across multiple Boeing and supplier systems for Boeing’s equity, 401(k), pension and non-qualified plans, ensuring effective execution and optimization of these programs in collaboration with Boeing’s Financial Benefits Delivery and Strategy teams.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees, working with a large system of internal and external partners implementing, handling data quality, and ensuring high quality participant experience in the areas of equity, 401k, pension, non-qualified, and financial well-being plans and program delivery
- Oversee operations, execution, and administration of financial benefit configuration and table maintenance of internal HRIS platforms (Workday and HRPR) in coordination with IT, Payroll, subsidiaries, and other partners
- Lead financial and data integrity, support plan audits, and ensure appropriate controls
- Provide consultation services regarding retirement and equity plan designs and system capabilities
- Ensure transition accuracy for daily, weekly, monthly and annual data transfers to and from Boeing and its suppliers and between suppliers
- Maintain integrity of employee demographic data with suppliers, ensure daily interface feeds are accurate, loaded in a timely manner and exceptions are resolved accurately
- Complete periodic database synchronization processes to ensure accurate and consistent data between Boeing systems and its administration suppliers
- Manage internal operations of the team to ensure on time product delivery and fulfillment of Service Level Agreements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Develop a diverse, engaged and motivated team to support the program to achieve overall objectives and long-term goals for the enterprise

- Ensure employees have exciting and measurable business goals and objectives and meaningful leadership development plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 8+ years of experience in financial benefits data operations
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing direct reports
- 5+ years of experience in a role requiring strong business acumen and operational understanding
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proven experience in guiding decision-making within a cross-functional team environment
- Experience in driving and managing operational integration and change management with successful outcomes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $107,950 - $170,000
