Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our dynamic Commercial Compliance team at our Seattle, WA site.
The Experienced Procurement Analyst will lead the BGS Supply Chain Compass Action process. The selected individual will need to collaborate across our BGS Supply Chain to address complex challenges and ensure process compliance. You will work as part of a team alongside subject matter experts in supply chain, operations, data analysis, process development and planning. This role requires a highly organized person capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Position Responsibilities:
Project Manage Compass Action process. Compass Action process is an integrated process to implement micro-projects or formal actions that span multiple business segments or teams within BGS Planning & Supplier Management, including suppliers.
Coordinate and track both internal Procurement Agent actions and external actions, including drafting and distributing supplier communications and collecting or validating supplier information.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including BGS SM Focal, SM Compliance, Contracts Risk Management, Supply Chain Engineering, and Data Integration to ensure seamless execution and tracking.
Build, maintain, and manage action plans and permissions within various tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and file servers.
Maintain closed-loop tracking and provide leadership visibility on all assigned actions to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
6+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Program Management, or Project Management.
6+ years of experience in using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SmartSheet.
6+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership and internal/external customers.
6+ years teaching/mentoring others.
Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and concisely.
Independently manage multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects.
Experience with risk identification and mitigation plans.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business/Finance/Economics, Math/Statistics or other related field
Experience participating in project analysis across multiple functions and business units

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $90,950 - $123,000
