Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Level OMP Project Management Specialist to become part of the Optimized Maintenance Programs (OMP) Engineering Team at our Seattle, WA location.
The OMP Team offers customer unique optimized maintenance solutions providing great value to global commercial and military customers. We provide the best maintenance intervals based on customer historical fleet data and utilization. Boeing's maintenance program engineering knowledge, data analysis methodology, and design certification expertise are utilized to deliver a custom program optimized for each airline customer’s maintenance operation.

Position Responsibilities:
- Project planning, revenue scheduling, SOW development, proposal writing.
- Ensure statement of work, costs, resource allocation, risks, and schedule are clearly defined at proposal stage.
- Forecast revenue targets, asses impact to revenue based on pipeline plans.
- Work across multiple cross functional organizations; coordinate Sales, Contracts, Proposal, Pricing and Estimating, Finance support to OMP (our group).
- Lead weekly OMP status meetings which provide a forum for addressing comments and concerns related to the OMP work statement.
- Tech Pubs focal support for recurring and non-recurring projects and deliverables for OMP.
- Maintain delivery record data files and technical data library.
- Oversight of our process library sharepoint.
- Maintain Payment and Revenue spreadsheet template that tracks our agreement with customer on payment for our customer deliverables, and also tracks revenue recognition schedule.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
- May be asked to support other programs or perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study.
- 4+ years’ experience in a Project Management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with commercial and/or military aviation.
- Aircraft Maintenance Program Engineering experience; especially maintenance program development and fleet support.
- Maintenance Review Board, MSG-3, and Industry Steering Committee background.
- Experience working directly with Customer and Regulators on maintenance program approval
- PMP certification.
- Proficiency in Asana, Trello, Jira, Wrike and any other project management software platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Frame Maker Application.
- Experience using technical manual authoring tools for maintenance programs, such as SMITS and eMod.
- Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 4 years' related work experience, etc.).

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Experienced-Level Summary Pay Range: $93,500 - $126,500
