Boeing’s Enterprise Services Technology & Systems (ESTS) organization is currently looking for an Experienced Business Analyst to join our Technology, Stability, Optimization, and Customer Success (TSOC) team. This opportunity is available at any of our major Boeing sites.
This role integrates strategic technology support with hands-on business analysis to drive automation, process optimization, and technology support across the Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) ecosystems. You will act as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders, IT/EST leadership, and technology solution owner teams, ensuring systems like Ariba and related ERP frameworks deliver maximum efficiency, compliance and value.

Position Responsibilities:
Technology Support
- Serve as the business analyst for Ariba/Supply Chain modules, advocating for automation that benefits operational outcomes.
- Oversee operational effectiveness of technology solutions and communicate to leadership and develop recommendations on system/process updates.
- Ensure all operational and functional issues are efficiently addressed and resolved.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with solution owner to define, design, plan, and deploy internal/external projects related to S2P and ISC systems.
- Support initial requirements gathering, testing, and data analysis to support process improvement and system upgrades.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline procurement workflows.
- Facilitate structured process and product team meetings, ensuring stakeholders have appropriate feedback and support with implemented technology solutions.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Assist project managers in decision-making, issue resolution, and progress tracking.
- Support strategic planning through research, business case development, and risk analysis.
- Coordinate enterprise communications, compliance audits, and training related to process changes.
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain architectural compliance by ensuring process data and documentation meet evolving standards.
- Support the transition from traditional documentation to modern data-driven frameworks.
- Encourage alignment with existing process architecture across teams.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
3+ years of experience in Materials Management Analysis or Supply Chain Management Analysis
3+ years of experience in data analysis and project management
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience with the Ariba procurement system
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain (i.e. IT, Manufacturing, Logistics and Corporate Services)
Experience with automation alignment of Ariba Purchasing Units
Experience with ERP integration best practices

Summary Pay Range: $79,050 - $123,050
