Boeing Global Services is seeking a highly skilled Digital Enablement Project Manager to join our Digital Services team within the BGS Cabin, Modification, and Maintenance organization. This is a pivotal, high-visibility role where you will lead the successful delivery of complex, strategic business initiatives that shape the future of our aftermarket digital products portfolio.
As a Digital Enablement Project Manager, you will serve as a key individual contributor, collaborating closely with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams. You will navigate multiple workstreams, foster strong relationships, and ensure that critical business outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and excellence. Your expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices will be essential in managing all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation through execution to closeout.

- Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of integrated project plans and schedules for complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation, growth, and strategic alignment across business units.
- Manage and track cross-team dependencies, operational schedules, and evolving requirements to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement program management best practices to monitor performance against plan, proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish clear objectives and communicate goals effectively to align diverse teams and stakeholders toward a common vision.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to provide timely updates on project status, performance metrics, issues, and corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, peers, and external partners to foster collaboration and drive project success.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in schedule and process management, with a strong understanding of program planning execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical baseline requirements.
- At least 1 year of experience leading integrated project teams.
- At least 1 year of experience leading through influence and collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Exceptional organizational skills with detailed scheduling capabilities.
- Proven ability to respond effectively to complex, ambiguous situations with sound judgment and agility.
- Experience working in aerospace, defense, or related industries is a plus.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $115,600.00-$156,400.00
