Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our 787 Component Services Program (CSP) team in Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX.
The successful candidate will support all supply chain procurement activities in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization and responsible for the procurement, operations and supplier management activities handling all aspects of the supply chain lifecycle.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
- Manages the purchase order lifecycle from PO creation to closure
- Leads supplier engagements and drives supplier relationship
- Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate, monitor and improve supplier performance
- Gathers and analyzes data for supplier and/or customer performance evaluation regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and performance
- Analyzes post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
- Processes, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material, returns and delivery requirements and customer orders
- Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims and cost recovery
- Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs.
- The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 1+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
- 1+ year of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)
- 1+ years of experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience in Aerospace Repair Management or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment
- 1+ years of experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools
- Experience leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functions

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Starting Pay Range: $64,600 - $81,000
