We are seeking a talented Senior Trade Control Specialist - Systems Integration Lead to join the team. This role can be based in either Seal Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Arlington, VA, Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA; Ridley Park, PA; Mesa, AZ; Chicago, IL or Hazelwood, MO.

The Process, Systems, and Training (PST) team provides and maintains the infrastructure needed by Trade Control Specialists to provide strategic trade business advice and to develop, submit, and manage export and import authorizations through compliant transactions.
The 2nd Century Enterprise System (2CES) project is a multi-year project that will transition or integrate legacy IT systems into an ERP business system. 2CES is one of four key Boeing enterprise transformation initiatives
Position Responsibilities:
Leads cross-functional teams in the planning, implementation, and management of international trade control compliance eco-system through all lifecycle phases (requirements, design, development, test, deploy, train, manage, retire)
Develops strategies to ensure seamless integration between Descartes OCR EASE, various ERP systems, and Legacy systems to minimize unintentional trade compliance escapes
Standardizes business and compliance processes in collaboration with IT, businessand legal compliance stakeholders to help the company meet its business objectives in a compliant manner
Supports the analysis and cleansing of business compliance data
Interfaces with IT partner; advocate on behalf of organizational requirements and funding
Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills/Experience)
9+ years of hands-on experience in the implementation of commercial software; supply chain applications preferred
Experience with process reengineering and requirements definition
Experience with software and interface design/integration
Experience with the development and execution of testing (e.g., unit, system, user, stress)
Familiarity with system implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile and traditional)
Experience with program management methodologies
Familiarity with change management concepts (i.e., communication, training)
Familiarity with data analytics concepts and practices
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Experience with the SAP Global Trade Solutions (GTS) system
Familiarity with Export/Import regulations
Experience with business requirements definition, process flow analysis, systems gap analysis, and Value Stream Mapping
Experience in an industry centered on compliance practices and government regulatory requirements (export/import or other regulated industries)
An ability to define key performance indicators and metrics measurement points within system architecture designs to generate accurate and meaningful management reports
Experience with translating business processes into system requirements
Skilled as an outstanding communicator in all formats and various levels
Candidate must have experience working on a diverse and inclusive team
Experience with integrating Descartes OCR EASE solution with S/4HANA and Legacy systems
Experience with Descartes OCR EASE Watch List Screening Module

Summary pay range: $99,450 - $143,750
