Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Agent to support the Supply Chain Proprietary Team in Seal Beach, CA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
- Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions
- Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements
- Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions
- Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
- Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
- Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
- 3+ years of experience management suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
- 3+ years of experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements that exceed the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold
- 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
- 3+ years of experience interpreting, enforcing and/or negotiating contract terms and conditions
- Experience interfacing with program management
- Experience engaging with senior and/or executive leadership

Summary pay range: $102,000 – $126,000
