Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Experienced Supply Chain to join our team in Scott AFB, IL.

This is a customer liaison position located in the Air Force Sustainment Center, 635th Supply Chain Operations Group, Scott AFB, Illinois. Duties of the position include determining current and future spare requirements by analyzing stock balance, past consumption rates, and reliability and maintainability information. Work with product Asset Managers in monitoring and assessing level setting. Access the USAF Supply System via Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S). Review customer requisitions for accuracy and coordinate estimated delivery dates and follow-up with Asset Managers on overdue deliveries. Monitor planned and scheduled material requirements to optimize the use of available program funds. Maintain a professional rapport with customers and co-workers. This position requires application of inventory management principles at the retail and wholesale levels and the concepts and methodologies to effectively determine and manage items and customer requirements and overall knowledge of the USAF Supply System. SECRET Security Clearance required for position.

This role necessitates the capacity to acquire a security clearance and undergo a polygraph examination. We're committed to assisting you through this process, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyzes post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases.
• Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action.
• Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system.
• Reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs.
• Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
• Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ Years of experience with Integrated Logistics Systems Supply (ILS-S)
• Experience working with USAF Supply Chain customers
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft office Products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or equivalent

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $80,750 - $109,250
