Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Lead-Level Industrial Engineers to support the San Antonio Core Engineering Group in San Antonio, TX.
The San Antonio Core Engineering group is looking for an Industrial Engineer to support the site Industrial Engineering function. The position will develop and implement common Industrial Engineering processes across multiple programs. The candidate should have experience in an MRO environment or a dynamic shipside program support. The position will need to support creating a strong understanding of Earned Value Management across the Industrial Engineer function across the site.
Position Responsibilities:
- Create uniformity across the site programs by standardizing processes and practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Oversee and assist in the development of common operating schedules and capacity planning, while creating databases to analyze data, including statistics.
- Review resource allocation across site programs, analyze productivity, and identify opportunities to maximize production while minimizing costs.
- Provide summary analysis and metrics to internal customers at various organizational levels for informed decision-making.
- Schedule work plans, data analysis (historical, trends and production impacts), staffing and process improvements.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 5+ years’ experience in MRO environment or a dynamic shipside program support.
- Baseline understanding of SQL database coding system and ability to write script.
- Baseline understanding of Oracle databases and be able to write script.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in Industrial, Aerospace, Mechanical or other engineering degree.
- Working knowledge of analysis tools/software (i.e. Tableau, etc.).
- Proficient with ERP/MRP systems.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Experienced-Level Summary Pay Range: $86,700 - $117,300
Lead-Level Summary Pay Range: $102,850 - $139,150
