Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Fuel Systems Mechanic to join our F-15 EPAWSS team in San Antonio, TX. In this position, you will play a crucial part in the fuel system assembly, confined space operations, bladder removals install, fuel ops checks, Dry fuel checks, wet fuel checks, troubleshooting and repair of fuel systems on the F-15 aircraft.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft fuel systems, including Engine Feed, Fuel Transfer, Fuel Indicating, Fuel Dump/Vent, Refuel/Defuel systems, as well as External fuel tanks.
- Provide troubleshooting, inspection, repair, modification, replacement of aircraft fuel components and systems, and follow-on operational checks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, technical orders, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain required certifications, licenses and permits for assigned work
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve fuel system reliability and performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and fuel system status
- Use precision measuring instruments, gauges, tools, etc., necessary to check dimensions and conformance to quality requirements.
- Ensure fuel systems are fully operational.
- Work in confined spaces and varying heights
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment
- Assist other team members (Avionics, Structures, Electrics) in order to ensure cost and schedule targets are met
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working as a fuel systems mechanic
- 3+ years of experience reading and working with schematics, specifications, assembly drawings and standard operating procedures
- Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working with F-15 or similar aircraft fuel systems
- Experience in aircraft heavy maintenance (F-15 or other military aircraft)
- Ability to operate a forklift, mobile crane, and riding type electric powered elevating equipment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Starting Pay Rate: $75,000 / $36.06 per hour
Additive Pay:
$1.00/hourly for Airframe Certification
$1.00/hourly for Powerplant Certification
