The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Access Administrator to join the team in San Antonio, TX.
This individual will Safeguard our company’s assets and people by managing physical access to all facilities. The candidate will verify authorized credentials with precision and issue identification badges that meet stringent company standards, ensuring every individual on site is properly identified and granted appropriate access. Additionally, the candidate will need to leverage their expertise in record keeping and database management to support seamless operations.

Position Responsibilities:
Monitors and controls physical access to company property
Recognizes authorized credentials
Produces and issues identification credentials to comply with company requirements to insure persons on company property are correctly identified and are authorized access to property
Operates company standard production equipment
Ensures compliance with government and company requirements regarding access, using company policies, procedures and processes
Maintains required records into provided data management systems
Understands record keeping requirements, pertinent databases, logs and records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Responds to authorized inquiries
Recognizes problems and suggest solutions concerning credentials, access devices and access control systems to ensure protection of people, property and information
Supports Parking Credential process and Transportation Resource Assistance Management System
Supports Control and Use of Camera-Enabled Devices and Permits
Supports Background Screening process
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
1+ years of experience with creating and maintaining facility access badge operations
1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with issues management and crisis communication
Exceptional communication skills and customer focus
Experience with Lenel OnGuard Badge System
Experience with Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)
Experience with Defense Information System and Security (DISS)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $39,950 - $54,050
