Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team located in Saint Charles, MO!
To be successful in this role you must be enthusiastic, proactive and self-directed to help oversee and assist in the day-to-day operational support.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
Provides interpretation of complex requirements.
Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
Develops Quality criteria to support supplier selection activities.
Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
Assists in development of new standards repairs for non-conformances.
Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Develops and implements corrective actions.
Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
Works under minimal direction.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
3+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
3+ years of experience performing data analysis
3+ years of experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) and Corrective Action
5+ years of experience with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience performing product inspection
1+ years of experience in Quality Inspection including FAI (First Article Inspection)
Travel:
This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary Pay Range: USD $108,800 - $147,200
