Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for Mid-Level or Subject Matter Expert Program Scheduler to support the Space, Intelligence, & Weapons Systems Integrated Planning & Scheduling team in St. Charles, MO!
The Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) Scheduling team is looking to fill an exciting role in developing and executing schedules for multiple new products, including Harpoon Programs.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level, and Subject Matter Expert Program Schedulers.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects for our programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives, in accordance with DFARS and Earned Value contractual requirements
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
Acts as primary project scheduling contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Directs all phases of project schedules or their subsystems
Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies
Develop and establish lead time requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in project management or project scheduling
3+ years of experience integrating in cross-functional teams
1+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience preparing and presenting material to senior and executive leadership, and external customers
Experience developing program implementation/integration plans and schedules
Experience using Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
1+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) or in a role requiring project/program management skill

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $87,550 - $118,450
Summary pay range for Subject Matter Expert (Level 4): $107,950 – $146,050
