Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Transportation Analyst (Level 4) to join our Global Logistics Transportation team in Ridley Park, PA or Swedesboro, NJ.
Position Responsibilities:

Plans and executes domestic and export shipments in compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations, ensuring all documentation and procedures meet legal and organizational standards
Fosters and promotes an environment of continuous improvement; address concerns through systematic problem-solving, mentorship, and coaching, reflecting Boeing's values of Trust, Ownership, Innovation and People Focus
Proposes changes to standardized work to improve processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to enhancing efficiency and ownership of outcomes
Manages and coordinates transportation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational goals
Investigates and performs root cause analysis on complex logistics initiatives and recommends business solutions relating to transportation and logistics practices, processes and procedures
Plans and facilitates new employee onboarding and mentoring, including scheduling On-the-Job Training (OJT) to ensure adherence to standardized work and provides ongoing coaching
Ensures team compliance with export regulations and provides team guidance for export process
Develops and cultivates relationships with service providers, suppliers, stakeholders, peers and business partners for collaborative solutions
Demonstrates strength in leading teams, influencing, taking complex business challenges and creating and executing streamlined solutions
Drives and manages organizational integration and change management with positive results
Navigates through complex situations and drives to efficient, effective and timely solutions
Partners with leaders across multiple teams to develop logistics strategy to meet organizational objectives
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Candidate will be expected to work certain days of the week dependent on business need at Ridley Park, PA or Swedesboro, NJ even if this is not the candidate’s primary work site.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 3 years of experience in Domestic and International Supply Chain Logistics
More than 3 years of experience working with import and export licenses and regulations for maintaining compliance with transportation regulations for international and domestic shipments
More than 3 years of experience with BESSy (Boeing Enterprise Shipping System)
More than 3 years of experience with GXO Order Manager WMS
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
More than 3 years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
More than 3 years of experience with freight forwarding and/or transportation modes: FTL, LTL, International & Domestic Air Freight, Ocean, Small Parcel
More than 1 year of experience leading teams through process and change management
More than 1 year of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
More than 1 year of experience in project management
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)
Relocation:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $111,350- - $137,550
