The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Contract Management Specialist to join the MH-139 Program in Ridley Park, PA.
The successful candidate will join the MH-139 Grey Wolf program team responsible for directly engaging with the United States Air Force (USAF) customer supporting their new fleet of helicopters! In this role, your direct teammates also support the V-22 Osprey for the USAF, Unites States Marine Corps (USMC), United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, providing production aircraft, mod/retrofit and other support products and services on both platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies
Summarizes complex contractual issues, develops creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation
Develops contracting strategies and review solicitations
Presents business solutions to preserve and expand the business
Represents the company in external negotiations
Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding complex contractual agreements for The Boeing Company
Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines
Leads development of pricing instructions, funding/expenditure profile, and ensure compliance with company and United States Government (USG) requirements
Interacts with and presents to executive level management on proposal and contractual status on a weekly basis
Leads and mentors team members as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
5+ years of experience with proposal management, strategies development and/or contract negotiations
5+ years of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
Experience working with acquisition policies, e.g., USG Federal Acquisition Regulations/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements (FAR/DFARS) regulations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and able to multi-task and manage expectations
Experience adapting to changes in schedules and priorities, solving problems, and generating alternative solutions
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across functions
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple proposals at the same time

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Senior, Level 4): $114,750 – $155,250
Summary pay range (Senior, Level 5): $142,800 – $193,200
