Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Mid-Level Tool Integration Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to join our dynamic team at the Ridley Park, PA site.
In this role you will support the procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle management of hand tools, perishables, and contract tooling used across all manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and committed to ensuring production teams have the right tooling available, when and where they need it.
As a key member of the tooling organization, you will help streamline tooling processes, drive cost-effective sourcing and inventory strategies, and provide strong day-to-day support to shop-floor stakeholders. This position offers the chance to influence tooling operations that directly impact production efficiency, quality, and safety in a defense manufacturing environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Creates, updates and manages tooling project plans, including cost estimation, scheduling, resource forecasting, vendor coordination and account management.
Provides project visibility to management.
Generate and manage purchase requisitions for indirect supply chain in SAP Ariba or equivalent ordering system
CribMaster Responsibilities for Tools Services- Experience with CribMaster or similar tool-crib and consumable inventory systems
Performs inventory control, bids with vendors and negotiations best buys.
Consults with customers on service offerings.
Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures.
Works under general direction.
Shift:
This position is for 1st shift.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
More than 1 years’ Experience working with procurement and/or materials management (examples: small tools or perishables)
More than 3 years of Experience in a faced paced customer service environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Associates degree or higher.
Experience working with 3PL/4PL’s
Experience in Project Management.
Experience conducting data and trend analysis.
Ability to adapt and make quick decisions in high pressure, dynamic situations.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Exceptional people skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.)

Salary Range:
Level 2: $73,950 to $100,050
Level 3: $90,100 to $121,900
