Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Business Development Representative located in Ridley Park, PA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) Sales team on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
- Coordinates with GSM Sales team for regular deliverables, briefings, meetings and work packages
- Develop and manage capture budgets, track expenditures, and ensure proper resource allocation throughout the capture process
- Leverages company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage and foster business growth by developing a general understanding of Boeing products and services, process and operations and resources
- Captures and documents general information related to customer business, culture, issues and concerns, requirements, and economic and environmental influences by researching available resources, web-sites and publications
- Assists in the interface with the customer and internal Boeing resources to keep both apprised of key issues and concerns
- Assists in the development of internal and customer solutions by performing analysis of needs and available resources for specific products and solutions with minimal guidance
- Evaluates processes that can be improved, makes recommendations to the internal team, and executes such projects
- Assists in the preparation of management review materials
- Assists in the preparation of internal presentations and supporting material
- Gathers and compiles strategic information into a consolidated package to facilitate the development of strategy and tactics with guidance
- Supports creation of presentation materials and management review packages
- Responsible for maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database; Salesforce
- Role will work directly with the identified Divisions Leadership and Sales team regularly
- Special projects and ad hoc tasks are assigned as needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience supporting or managing Vertical Lift competitive domestic or international sales campaigns
- 3+ years of experience in business capture or program management, global sales and marketing or a related field
- Able to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Knowledge and experience with Boeing business development process and tools
- Knowledge and experience Chinook CH-47
- Knowledge and experience with post-production sales and modifications

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $92,650 - $125,350

Security Clearance
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
