The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Contract Management Specialist to join the V-22 Program in Ridley Park, PA.
The successful candidate will join the V-22 Osprey program team responsible for directly engaging with the United States Navy customer supporting their tiltrotor fleet. In this role, you will also collaborate with teammates supporting the MH-139 program for the United States Air Force (USAF), including production aircraft, modification and retrofit of delivered aircraft and a range of support products and services on both platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, and technologies
Supports presentation of business solutions to help preserve and grow the business
Represents the company and supports external negotiations with customers
Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements on behalf of The Boeing Company
Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines across the business
Leads development of pricing instructions, funding/expenditure profile, and ensures compliance with company and United States Government (USG) requirements
Summarizes contractual issues, supports development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation efforts
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
1+ years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and able to multi-task and manage expectations
Experience adapting to changes in schedules and priorities, solving problems, and generating alternative solutions
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across functions

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $78,200 – $105,800
