Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Sales and Marketing is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Digital Transformation team in Renton, Washington.
In this role, you will focus on supporting users, enhancing technical capabilities, and taking ownership of Salesforce solutions to meet Sales and Marketing requirements. You will play a key role in driving user adoption, optimizing Salesforce applications, and evolving our processes with AI and automation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce tools to support business needs.
- Collaborate with users to understand business requirements and represent their needs, driving adoption of new and existing features.
- Own and optimize the Salesforce application, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing scalable, secure, and measurable solutions.
- Stay informed of future Salesforce capabilities and features, developing deployment strategies and end-user support materials.
- Collaborate with development teams to modify, improve, or implement new functionality, applying low-code/no-code development for process automation and user experience enhancements.
- Develop and facilitate training for new users and capabilities, creating effective visualizations and user support materials.
- Manage user accounts, access, sharing, and record visibility, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Solve user issues, document solutions, and create reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
- Capture ideas for process and technology improvements, consulting with business teams to enhance business value.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customer needs.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Hands-on experience with creating reports and dashboards and Flows (record-triggered/auto-launched).
- 7+ years of experience communicating with employees, customers, peers, and all levels of leadership.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Additional Salesforce Certifications.
- Familiarity with integrations, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Experience with low-code/no-code and/or Lightning Web Component development.
- Experience with Enterprise Change Management, including training, communications, and adoption.
- Experience with applications such as Quip, Einstein Analytics, and Tableau.
- Experience in a position requiring problem-solving skills and empathy.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $127,500 - $160,000
