Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a Graphic Designer (Level 3 or 4). The Graphic Designer collaborates closely with marketing teams to develop content for B2B marketing materials, digital platforms, immersive experiences, and executive presentations. The deliverables created in this role will be used to promote the value of Boeing’s products and convey aviation market insights that will be viewed by airline leadership and industry decision-makers worldwide. This role requires transforming complex technical information into accessible and visually engaging content. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, a skilled storyteller, and highly collaborative.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling content and graphics for a variety of formats including interactive touchscreens, mobile devices, printed materials, and physical activations.
- Effectively communicate key messages using storytelling techniques and visual elements which foster emotional connections.
- Design templates that can be easily adapted for various campaigns and projects to meet specific project needs.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and marketing teams to produce high-impact PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables are the highest creative standards and champion Boeing brand standards and style guide across Sales and Marketing.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities or feedback.
- Foster strong relationships with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and leadership.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Boeing Commercial Airplane programs, products, and strategic priorities.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of content.
- Act as a design consultant within the organization, demonstrating creativity and offering insights and recommendations for our visual communication and content strategy.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software
- 5+ years of experience in developing graphics, interactive content, and visuals for products and services
- 3+ years’ experience as a graphic designer or similar role within a corporate or agency setting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Ceros
- Experience directly collaborating with executives
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders
- Familiarity with the aviation or other highly technical industry.
- Experience in copywriting and proofreading
- Strong storytelling, data visualization, and narrative development abilities
- Familiarity with design thinking and UX design principles

Summary pay range:
Level 3 $96,000-$110,400
Level 4 $116,00-$133,400
