Boeing’s Global Real Estate Planning Services (GREPS) organization is currently seeking a Facilities Planner, at either Associate or Experienced level, to join our Planning team in Washington in Renton or Seattle.

Position Responsibilities:
Forecast space and facility requirements by compiling and analyzing headcount projections and business plans to support use and occupancy planning, capital and expense budgeting, building utilization, and site cost allocations
Lead the development of short-range facilities plans that align with company strategies and operational needs
Develop and manage complex scopes, schedules, and budgets, providing regular status reviews and facilitating the approval of implementation plans with management
Utilize established project management tools to support and execute facilities projects, identifying key milestones, opportunities, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct site studies and business scenario analyses to support strategic planning
Evaluate site capabilities, manufacturing processes, and technology forecasts to inform asset utilization strategies
Lead efforts in regional integration and site assessments to optimize real estate portfolio use and value delivery
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including facilities management, senior leadership, and tenants, to validate space utilization data, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Manage data in occupancy tracking systems to ensure accurate cost and space allocations
Support business initiatives by gathering, researching, and analyzing data to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, product quality, and resource optimization
Prepare business case analyses and drafts proposals for stakeholder review and approval, ensuring that resource planning creates optimal value for both the customer and the Company
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
3+ years of experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations
1+ years of experience with public speaking and presenting information in a team and/or leadership setting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience planning events or space utilization

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate level: $68,850 – $93,150
Summary Pay Range for Experienced level: $85,000 - $115,000
