Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Facilities Analyst to join the 737 Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics team based out of Renton, Washington.
This role interacts with all parts of the Project Lifecycle and allows for creative process development and deployment, while working with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day assignments may vary in complexity and priority supporting all levels of the organization’s strategy requiring a proactive problem solver.
Position Responsibilities:
- Generates plans, acquires materials, and schedules services for MOS&L activities
- Communicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities
- May research open jobs and validate and confirm availability of labor and non-labor resources (e.g., tools, parts) and assets (e.g., machinery, building, equipment) in order to meet customer service requests, government requirements (e.g., environment, safety), and planned maintenance activities
- Participates in and supports elements of projects
- With limited supervision, collects and logs accurate data from various systems.
- Takes collected data and presents related metrics to upper management
- Performs analysis using developed tools
- Assists in making recommendations and implementing improvements
- Ensures that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working with data analytics
- 3+ years of experience working with data visualization
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience with Project Management

Summary pay range: $91,800 - $112,200
