The Boeing Company - Finance Shared Services is in search of a dynamic and talented Experienced Financial Analyst (Level 3) to join the Finance Analysis Center of Excellence (COE) Indirect team supporting Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) in Renton or Seattle WA. Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data

Position Responsibilities:
Collect, compile, manipulate and document source data to support analysis of resource Initiates assignments and integrates analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools
Develop performance reports
Integrate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management
Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, in some cases leverages earned value management practices, and support variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
Support process improvement initiatives, communicates the need for change to stakeholders and act as a finance representative lead for cross-business/Center of Excellence (COE) engagements
Partner with IDT&S facing functions by leveraging relationships and communication skills to develop guidance and drive functional integration for compliant global operations
Analyze key performance indicators to improve process cycle time, quality, and timeliness
Train and mentor junior analysts
Complete peer reviews
Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to serve as a change agent
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
3+ years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
3+ years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience working with large data sets required (e.g. advanced, Excel, PowerPivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC)
3+ years of experience working with financial tools
3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify process improvements in Value Stream Mappings and other process reviews
Experience in leading either formally or informally teams and/or projects
Ability to drive functional integration for compliant global operations (international)
Project management skills and the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced, geo-diverse team environment
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products for financial modeling and analysis
Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person
Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $85,000 - $115,000
