Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Digital Production Specialists (Levels 3 or 4) to support the Digital & Analytics team onsite in Renton, Washington. Occasional travel to Everett, WA will be required.
The Digital Production Specialist role requires to be on the production floor for extended periods of time. Ability to navigate the factory floor during shifts is a requirement; reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable laws.
This is an opportunity to become part of a team responsible for transforming our current production system leveraging process transformation, digital solutions, and technologies to improve safety, quality, and flow. The team is made up of diverse experience and skillsets spanning from Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Project Management, and Data & Analytics. The new team members will be joining the Digital Production Pulse project where they will be responsible for the requirements definition, testing, and deployment of the mobile strategy within the Production System.
Position Responsibilities:
Device Deployment: Partner with Manufacturing and Quality to deploy and operationalize Digital Production Pulse within the 737 Program
Requirements Gathering: Gather feedback from end users to define, improve, and prioritize requirements and capabilities
Stakeholder Management: Partner with Manufacturing, IDT&S, and additional peers/partners/stakeholders to support the development and execution of the BCA Mobile Strategy. Develop and maintain relationships and open communication with all stakeholders.
Progress Tracking: Manage progress to plan and performance to targets
Communication: Promptly respond to user, customer and stakeholder inquiries, feedback and concerns via various communication channels. Champion Mobile Strategy and able to communicate total Factory Digital Strategy.
Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems, determining appropriate solutions, and taking action to ensure satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
Willing and able to travel domestically up to 10% of the time (this role is based in Renton, but will require occasional travel to Everett)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in product design activities and/or product lifecycle management
Ability to learn, utilize and teach others to use mobile hardware, software and apps

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $90,000 - $110,000
Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 4): $106,200 - $129,800
