Boeing Qatar is looking for a Senior Program Configuration and Data Specialist to be based in Al Udeid, Qatar.
As a Senior Program Configuration and Data Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the integrity and control of product information (hardware, software, and documentation) across the Program, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements. This role demands close collaboration with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other key functions to create and maintain configuration baselines, support the assembly, integration, and test processes of multiple teams, provide support to audits and operations, and conduct routine cybersecurity checks with our POCs to ensure data spillage is mitigated. Additionally, your role will involve administering configuration management tool services, overseeing change management processes, supporting release management, and ensuring adherence to configuration, change, and release management policies and procedures.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage product baselines (functional, allocated, and product) across the system lifecycle.
Serve as the CM subject matter expert (SME), mentoring team members and advising leadership on CM strategy, risk, and working with cybersecurity SME to address potential compliance gaps.
Review, develop, and recommend improvements to existing configuration, change, and release management policies and procedures.
Interface with suppliers and customers to ensure proper flow-down of contractual and mission assurance requirements.
Support program reviews, customer audits, and government inspections, serving as the CM representative.
Support the release and revision control of updated schematics, courseware, third-party software applications, and other items as necessary for longevity of the program.
Administer configuration management / data management services on primarily Windows platforms.
Control, review, and release FDO approved courseware/other instructional aides and other forms of data, GFE documentation, and relegated software.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in drawing packages, audits, and documentation deliverables.
Maintain configuration status accounting and produce traceability reports as requested in support of management/program reviews and audits.
Develop and refine CM/DM work instructions and best practices for the F-15 Training Services Team.
Collaborate with cross-program stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant data flow.
This position requires the ability to obtain the US Security Clearance from the US Government.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a security clearance within 6 months of start or current active secret clearance is required.
3 to 5 years of experience in Asset and License Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent extensive experience will be considered.
Ability to work flexible hours. Shifts range from 1st-3rd and are subject to change throughout the year.
Ability to speak Arabic
5+ years of Configuration or Asset/License/Data Management experience, with at least 3 years working with FMS cases.
Possess the ability to lead process improvements, streamline CM workflows, and create/implement tool upgrades.
Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, or comfortability with similar collaboration/documentation electronic tools.
Background in technical writing for control boards, review packages, or CM/DM documentation.

Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll, and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable local law.
