Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join the Metals Capability Team in Skin & Spar (S&S) based out of Frederickson, WA.
This position is critical in supporting business operations functions. This position is responsible for cross-functional projects and deliverables within their own manufacturing business unit as well as other MBU’s across Fabrication. Ideal candidates will possess project management skills to manage risk, issues and opportunities projects, and a strong customer-focused mindset. Preferred skills also include being a self-starter, strong collaborator and team player.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business, such as deployment analysis and impact mitigation.
- Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case.
- Supports the coordination of the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.
- Meets with leadership to gain approval.
- Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
- Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Management position
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and/or managing projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working across organizations and interfacing with key stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Experience in a role that required creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, strong collaborative skills, strong written and verbal communication
- 5+ years of experience performing in a change management, program management, or business operations role
- 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $115,000-$125,000
