Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First-Line Products & Services Quality Manager (Level K) to support the Fabrication Quality Boeing Portland team onsite in Portland, Oregon.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
Data analytical skills with Tableau or other business intelligence software
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
5+ years working with managing product definition data requirements, processes, or product data
5+ years of experience with root cause corrective analysis
5+ years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS)
5+ years of experience performing Material Review Board (MRB) product review
Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime (primarily 1st shift)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
3+ years of experience in a factory environment
3+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Shift:
This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $133,500 - $153,500
