Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical expertise to support the design and manufacture of parts and assemblies.
- Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.
- Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies.
- Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment.
- Works under general direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 1+ years of experience with computer aided design (CAD) tools for the design of undefined
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings.
- 1+ years’ experience utilizing CAD/CAM software (preferred CATIA, Vericut simulation, MasterCAM,).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associate degree or higher.
- 4+ years’ experience utilizing CATIA V5 NC Programming and Vericut within a 5-axis machining environment.
- 4+ years’ experience with the set-up, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of machine tools.
- Previous metrology experience including application of GD&T.

Pay Range Summary:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
- Associate (level 2): $85,000 - $115,000
- Mid-Level (level 3): $102,850 - $139,150
